Power Breakfast


1 Avacado

1 Egg

Your choice of bread


Sea salt

Red Pepper Seasoning, Crushed 

Serving Size: 1

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Put one egg in a pan, cook to your preference. 

While the egg is cooking, peel and mash one avacado in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of fine sea salt, add 1 teaspoon (or 2 if you like it spicy) of crushed red pepper seasoning. Mix mashed avacado with sea salt and crushed red pepper. 

Flip egg. 

Put your preference of mayo on one piece of bread. Spread the avacado mix on to the other piece of bread. Add the egg. Put together and slice. (We like it cut diagonally.)

That's all there is to it! Power breakfast! 

Protein from egg and healthy fat from avacado (good for your brain), crushed red pepper is great to get your metabolism going and all put together is a tastey way to start your day!
